[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that even Russian soldiers acknowledge that Ukraine will win the war.

According to major foreign media, President Zelensky stated in a national address on the 24th (local time), "Even the occupiers admit that we will win," adding, "I hear such conversations whenever Russian soldiers call their loved ones." It appears this judgment was made by analyzing the communications of Russian troops.

He added, "As we have done for the past five months, we will continue efforts to inflict the greatest damage on the enemy and to rally as much support as possible for Ukraine."

Ahead of the Independence Day on the 28th, he continued with remarks to boost the morale of the people. President Zelensky emphasized, "The experience, culture, identity, and characteristics of Ukrainians have lasted over 1,000 years," and said, "Only those who do not know the truth and meaning of history will attack us."

He continued, "They will not be able to destroy us from within as they did in the past," urging, "Maintaining unity and working together for victory is the most important national task at present."

Meanwhile, President Zelensky stated, "There will be important negotiations with our allies this week," emphasizing, "Ukraine will make further progress on the frontlines, diplomacy, and economy."
