Incheon Tourism Organization Celebrates 1st Anniversary of 'Incheon eJi' Launch with Event... Functionality Upgraded Completed

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Incheon Tourism Organization is holding a celebratory event from the 25th of this month until the 19th of next month to commemorate the 1st anniversary of the launch of Incheon e-ji (Incheon Smart Tourism City Travel App).

To participate, upload a travel review of Incheon and a congratulatory message for the 1st anniversary of Incheon e-ji on your personal Instagram or blog with the mandatory hashtags (#IncheonEji #IncheonEji1stAnniversaryCongrats #IncheonTravel), then apply for participation on the event page.

Among the participants, prizes will be awarded by lottery: a smartwatch (1 person), Best Western Harbor Park Hotel accommodation vouchers (3 people), mobile ice cream exchange coupons (30 people), and beverage exchange coupons (50 people).

Additionally, a special event will be held from the 1st to the 18th of next month. Guests staying at Harbor Park Hotel who download Incheon e-ji will receive a free beverage. Also, booking the Gaehang e-ji Tour and Incheon City Tour through Incheon e-ji will provide discounts or small commemorative gifts.

Meanwhile, Incheon e-ji recently completed a functionality upgrade. The storytelling-type audio guide, navigation, and visit verification features have been newly improved, allowing users to travel around Incheon more conveniently and enjoyably.

Incheon e-ji is a project promoted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization to enhance tourists' experiences and improve convenience by combining region-specific tourism resources with advanced ICT technology.

The Incheon e-ji app can be downloaded for free by anyone by searching for 'Incheon e-ji' on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

An official from the Incheon Tourism Organization said, "We hope tourists will participate in the 1st anniversary event with the renewed Incheon e-ji and travel around Incheon easily and conveniently."
