[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sunmi] Korea Electric Wire has carried out social contribution activities to support education for future generations.
Korea Electric Wire announced on the 25th that it conducted a voice talent donation activity for children from multicultural families. This activity involves directly recording fairy tale books and donating them to children in reading-vulnerable groups such as multicultural families.
New employees acted out characters in the fairy tales according to their roles after undergoing training and practice sessions with professional voice actors. A total of eight fairy tale books were completed through recording, and the voice recordings will be edited by experts and delivered along with reading assistance devices to the Dangjin City Multicultural Family Support Center.
A representative in charge of social contribution at Korea Electric Wire said, “We hope that the bright and lively voices of the new employees will help foster the emotional development and language skills of children from multicultural families,” adding, “We plan to continue various activities that can contribute to the local community and future generations.”
