'Figure Queen' Kim Yuna to Marry Go Woolim in October

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Isul] Former figure skater Kim Yuna (32) is marrying Forestella member Go Woorim (27).

On the 25th, Beat Interactive announced, "Go Woorim will hold a wedding with 'Figure Queen' Kim Yuna this coming October."

They added, "The wedding will be held privately with close relatives and acquaintances, so we ask for your understanding that the specific wedding date and venue will not be disclosed."

Kim Yuna and Go Woorim first met during the All That Skate ice show celebration stage in 2018, and after three years of dating, they are bearing the fruit of love in marriage.

Kim Yuna made history by winning South Korea's first gold medal in figure skating at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics and retired after winning a silver medal at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.

Go Woorim graduated from Seoul National University’s vocal music department and is a member of Forestella, a male crossover quartet vocal group that won JTBC's 'Phantom Singer 2.'
