In September, GS Construction is scheduled to launch sales for ‘Asan Xi Grand Park’ in Asan City, Chungnam Province, attracting significant interest from a wide range of prospective buyers. Amid this, a supporter recruitment event is underway, offering participants a chance to cheer for the successful sales of the complex and receive prizes.
The Asan Xi Grand Park Supporters are being recruited from women residing in Asan and Cheonan cities who own a private vehicle. Applications can be submitted through the official website from Monday, July 25 to Friday, July 29. The recruitment is limited to 100 people and will close on a first-come, first-served basis.
Those selected as supporters for Asan Xi Grand Park will receive individual acceptance notifications and can visit the sales promotion center between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday, August 1 to collect vehicle stickers.
Simply being selected as a supporter and attaching the vehicle sticker will entitle participants to receive an annual Costco membership as a prize. If they maintain the sticker for a certain period, they will additionally receive a GS Retail gift certificate worth 50,000 KRW. After the activity period, supporters will also have the opportunity to become sales consultation monitors through a carefully selected process.

A sales official stated, “We planned this event to promote ‘Asan Xi Grand Park,’ which will become a landmark complex in Asan, to as many prospective buyers as possible. Those participating as supporters will receive various benefits including prizes, so we encourage active applications.”
Meanwhile, Asan Xi Grand Park will be composed of two blocks located in Yonghwa-dong, Asan City, Chungnam Province. Block 1 consists of 5 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 35 floors above ground, with units sized between 74 and 149 square meters, totaling 739 households. Block 2 consists of 6 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 37 floors above ground, with units sized between 84 and 149 square meters, totaling 849 households.
Asan Xi Grand Park is being built through Yonghwa Sports Park Development Project, the first private park special project in Asan, providing a pleasant natural environment. The Yonghwa Sports Park, located in front of the complex, is a large park of approximately 160,000 square meters, equivalent to about 32 soccer fields, featuring sports facilities such as an indoor gymnasium and children’s sports playground, as well as rest and cultural spaces including an ecological experience center and forest health resting area.
Additionally, various transportation networks are established nearby, and major transportation developments are underway, attracting attention from buyers in Seoul and the metropolitan area. Asan Xi Grand Park is close to Onyang Oncheon Station on Subway Line 1 and offers easy access to KTX Cheonan-Asan Station. Once the first phase of the Dangjin-Cheonan Expressway (Asan-Cheonan Expressway, planned), the Western Inland Expressway (planned), and the Seohae Line double-track railway (planned) open, the transportation environment is expected to improve further.
The model house for Asan Xi Grand Park is scheduled to open in September. Prior to the model house opening, GS Construction is operating the sales promotion center by advance reservation, and an event is ongoing where the first 1,588 visitors who make a reservation through the website and visit will receive gifts.
