- Private Living, Special Residential Services, and Record High Prices Despite Market Slump
- ‘Brighton N40’, a Luxury Home Ready for Immediate Move-in in Nonhyeon-dong, the Original Wealthy Neighborhood of Gangnam
Luxury residences chosen by celebrities become the center of attention whenever they appear in various media outlets. As spaces inhabited by trendsetters, they feature sophisticated interiors and distinctive spatial designs that are ahead of their time.
‘Nine One Hannam,’ a luxury apartment complex in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, is considered a representative celebrity-preferred complex. Optimized for privacy protection, Nine One Hannam offers dedicated parking spaces for each household, and duplex and penthouse types have access to independent garages. The penthouses come with private swimming pools, and the complex includes abundant community facilities such as a golf practice range, swimming pool, basketball court, GX room, lounge, kids caf?, book caf?, party room, and guest rooms. As a result, it has rapidly emerged as a preferred residential complex not only for entertainers but also for political and business figures.
‘Sangji Ritzville Kyleum’ in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, is also highly popular. It boasts views of the Han River and built-in high-end overseas brand home appliances and kitchen equipment. With only 13 households across 14 floors, it offers optimal conditions for privacy protection, and unique spaces such as private gardens and outdoor open-air baths are provided.
Unlike the recent mixed market trend, these luxury homes continue to set new record prices due to their rarity. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s actual transaction prices, a 217㎡ unit at ‘Galleria Foret’ in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, was traded last month for 8.8 billion KRW, setting a new record. Earlier in May, 240㎡ and 233㎡ units at ‘Hannam The Hill’ in Hannam-dong, Seoul, were sold for 11 billion KRW and 8.35 billion KRW respectively, also setting new record prices for those types.
In this context, a new luxury residence is being supplied in Nonhyeon-dong, traditionally known as a wealthy neighborhood in Gangnam.
Shinyoung Co., Ltd. will launch ‘Brighton N40,’ a luxury apartment complex ready for immediate move-in, in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in August. The complex consists of five buildings ranging from four basement levels to 5?10 floors above ground, with a total of 148 households sized between 84㎡ and 248㎡. Many floor plans feature specialized designs such as terrace houses and penthouses, which are highly preferred by recent end-users for medium to large-sized units. The exterior avoids decorative structures unrelated to function and applies a black and white scheme that harmonizes with the surrounding environment, creating an elegant atmosphere. Construction is handled by POSCO Engineering & Construction.
Brighton N40 offers excellent proximity to Gangnam’s business district and workplace, with convenient access to road networks including Hannam Bridge, Olympic-daero, and Gyeongbu Expressway, providing seamless transportation by car. Additionally, it is a double station-area complex within walking distance of Nonhyeon Station, a transfer station between Subway Line 7 and the Shinbundang Line, and Hakdong Station on Line 7.
Notably, the complex is located right behind Hakdong Park, which spans over 30,000㎡, making it ideal for leisure activities. It is surrounded by high-end detached houses and luxury villas, offering a pleasant and quiet residential environment.
Furthermore, tailored premium hotel services are provided, including high-end services such as butler service, room cleaning, laundry, party and catering concierge services, business support, travel reservations, home styling, and pet care living services.
In addition, a perfect triple-layer security system is installed throughout the complex’s perimeter, interior, and individual units, ensuring a high level of privacy protection. A food waste disposer is installed in the auxiliary kitchen, allowing residents to easily dispose of food waste without going outside.
Brighton N40 is a product supplied after completion, allowing direct viewing of the complex and units. Viewings are operated by prior reservation, and move-in is scheduled for August.
