Supply of 'Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central' at the final destination outside Seoul, Incheon

- The Starting Point of Great Change in Dong-gu, Incheon
- Complex with School and Gongse Access

While the population of Seoul is decreasing by an average of 100,000 people, the exodus from Seoul continues due to soaring housing prices and steep interest rate hikes. In particular, this year, the population moving to Incheon has increased by 40% compared to last year, drawing attention to the sale of ‘Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central’ in Dong-gu, Incheon.

Dong-gu, Incheon, where ‘Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central’ is located, is undergoing significant changes under the ‘Incheon Metropolitan City Old Town Development Plan.’ Especially near the complex, there are a total of 14 redevelopment projects underway, including 7 redevelopment sites, 1 reconstruction site, and 6 residential environment improvement sites, making ‘Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central’ the starting point of this major transformation.

Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central boasts two key locational advantages: proximity to schools and parks. Nearby, residents can walk to Songhyeon Neighborhood Park, Jayu Park, and Hwadogjin Park. In particular, Songhyeon Neighborhood Park features 13 plazas including a fountain plaza, fitness facilities, and landscaped areas, providing a pleasant natural environment and convenient access to cultural facilities.

The area boasts a rich school district with elementary, middle, high schools, and universities all within walking distance. Near the complex are 17 schools including Seoheung Elementary, Seorim Elementary, Dongsan Middle, and Dongsan High School. Additionally, Inha University, Incheon National University, and Jaeneung University are all located within a 5km radius of the complex.

Moreover, the infrastructure established in the old downtown area is another advantage. E-Mart Traders, Songhyeon Neighborhood Park, Songnim Gymnasium, and the Incheon Regional Joint Government Building are nearby, and Incheon Paik Hospital, with 234 general beds, is located within 200 meters in a straight line. Also, right in front of the complex, the ‘Songnimgol Kkumdeulim Center,’ which includes a children’s English library, a health life support center, and a multipurpose gymnasium, is scheduled to open in June next year.

The complex plans to realize a smart life using a Home IoT system. With just smartphone recognition, residents can automatically open the main entrance and call elevators, and control lighting, heating, elevator calls, electricity, gas, water usage, and home appliances via smartphone.

Meanwhile, ‘Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central’ will be developed into a complex with 12 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 1,321 households. Excluding the units allocated to union members, 785 units will be available for general sale. The number of units by exclusive area is △39㎡ 20 units, △46㎡ 147 units, △51㎡ 108 units, △59㎡ 462 units, and △84㎡ 48 units. It is notable that all units for sale are small to medium-sized, with exclusive areas of 85㎡ or less, which are highly preferred by buyers.

The complex is scheduled for occupancy in January 2026.
