'Dingdong' Instead of Meals... Tongtong Mart Donates 720 Gift Packages to Low-Income Families in Jeonggwan-eup, Busan Kim Jongcheon, Jeonggwan-eup Mayor (left), and Kim Ilman, Chairman of Tongtong Mart, are holding a donation event for goods to support low-income vulnerable groups in Jeonggwan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan.


[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] On the 20th, the Jeonggwan-eup Administrative Welfare Center in Gijang-gun, Busan, held a donation ceremony of goods for low-income vulnerable groups in Jeonggwan-eup with Tongtong Mart.


Tongtong Mart, located in Dugudong, Geumjeong-gu, mainly deals in wholesale coffee and tea products and has been conducting various donation activities annually for socially vulnerable groups.


The donated items, consisting of 720 boxes of meal replacement tea containing almonds, cabbage, and perilla seeds, will be delivered to low-income vulnerable residents of Jeonggwan-eup.


Furthermore, starting with this donation, there are plans to expand it into regular sponsorship.


Kim Il-man, chairman of Tongtong Mart, said, "I hope this will help the elderly and disabled, who are especially vulnerable to the heatwave, to have a healthy summer," adding, "We will continue to provide more support to low-income neighbors in need through regular sponsorship."


Kim Jong-cheon, mayor of Jeonggwan-eup, said, "I thank Chairman Kim Il-man for practicing sharing during difficult times," and added, "The donated goods will be delivered with heartfelt care to neighbors in need."
