Pasoo, Open Recruitment for New and Experienced Positions

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Fasoo announced on the 18th that it has started open recruitment for new and experienced employees. The recruitment fields include SW development positions such as server development, Windows development, and security testing solution development, as well as business positions such as SW technical support consultants and solution sales.

Fasoo will conduct open recruitment in July, September, and November this year. New applicants who pass the first interview following the document screening will gain practical experience through a recruitment-linked internship. They will be converted to full-time employees through a final evaluation. The recruitment process has been simplified while adopting a method to quickly verify whether applicants fit the job.

Experienced applicants will have their expertise and job suitability assessed through a first practical team interview and a second PT interview.

Ahead of the joint open recruitment conducted by Fasoo and its subsidiary Sparrow, Fasoo and Sparrow have significantly strengthened their compensation systems and welfare benefits to attract talent and improve employee satisfaction.

Fasoo recorded its highest-ever sales, operating profit, and net profit last year. To share the results with employees who contributed to the growth, the company raised salaries this year. Various welfare programs have also been greatly expanded.
