There are no genre restrictions. Participants must submit one completed short story episode of at least 70 panels, with industrial safety and health or industrial accidents as the core theme.
Anyone can participate, and applicants should refer to the contest guidelines on the contest website, fill out the application form, and submit their entries via email.
KOSHA has jointly prepared the contest with comprehensive content company CJ ENM and the Seoul Business Agency to expand public participation opportunities and secure the popularity of safety culture.
After expert judging in October, a total of six works will be selected. The grand prize winner will receive 10 million won and the KOSHA Chairman’s Award; the excellence award winners will receive 5 million won along with the CJ ENM CEO Award and the Seoul Business Agency Director Award; and the merit award winners will receive 2 million won along with the KOSHA Chairman’s Award, CJ ENM CEO Award, and Seoul Business Agency Director Award.
The final winning works will be announced at the end of October through the KOSHA website and SNS channels.

Jong-joo Ahn, Director of KOSHA, said, “Safety in the workplace is a right everyone should enjoy, and I hope many excellent works that allow us to reconsider the importance of preventing industrial accidents will be submitted through this contest.”
