[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] K-Bank is conducting a double-digit scale open recruitment for experienced professionals across all job positions.
On the 18th, K-Bank announced that it will carry out experienced recruitment across 32 job positions including ▲Business ▲Tech ▲UI/UX ▲Risk ▲Management.
In the business field, positions include loan product planning (small and medium-sized business loans/personal credit loans/jeonse loans), credit policy planning, and marketing. The tech field is divided into account system development (credit/deposit/customer), Android application (app) development, and channel web service development.
The application period is until the 31st and applications can be submitted through the K-Bank recruitment website. Qualification requirements and preferences by field can also be checked on the recruitment website.
The recruitment process consists of document screening, online personality test, coding test (limited to tech positions), and 1st and 2nd rounds of non-face-to-face interviews. All processes are expected to be completed within one month after the application deadline.
This recruitment is characterized by simplifying the self-introduction letter to one free-form question. Applicants can freely write content to introduce themselves or, alternatively, provide links to blogs or open-source sharing platforms such as 'Github' without writing separately.
In addition, a KakaoTalk open chat room for real-time job consultation will be operated. During the application period, consultations will be available twice on Fridays, the 22nd and 29th, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. K-Bank HR staff will respond in real time.
Along with this, ▲Inspection ▲Anti-Money Laundering (AML) positions will also have special recruitment for senior experienced professionals. Through this, K-Bank plans to enhance its internal control system based on the rich expertise of senior applicants. For more details, please refer to the recruitment website.
Jang Min, Head of Business Planning at K-Bank, said, "This large-scale recruitment will be an opportunity for the rapidly growing K-Bank to take a step forward by attracting talented individuals with capabilities and experience," and added, "We simplified the self-introduction letter and operate real-time job consultations for applicant convenience, so we hope you apply easily."
