▲United=Decided to enter into a KRW 5 billion treasury stock acquisition trust contract with Shinhan Financial Investment to stabilize stock price and enhance shareholder value.

▲Dohwa Engineering=Terminated the management and operation contract for the Iwaki solar power project with the joint venture Megasolar Park No. 3 due to the sale of the business owner's solar power plant. The termination amount is KRW 30,064,190,000.

▲Korea Gas Corporation=Decided on new investment in natural gas production and supply facilities for the purpose of constructing the 2nd phase of the 5th LNG production base to expand natural gas storage facilities. The investment amount is approximately KRW 1.0128 trillion.

▲Kolon Global=Regarding the disqualification sanction imposed by Korea Western Power, the court granted a suspension of execution for the 'bid participation qualification restriction.' It was informed that there is no impact on bid participation qualification according to the court's suspension order.
