Recently, Haeundae-gu has been gaining renewed attention as an emerging residential area. As existing housing in Jwadong, Centum, and Marine City ages, the demand for real estate in the Haeundae district, where new developments are continuously increasing, is growing.

Convenience and cultural facilities such as Haeundae Bumin Hospital, CGV Haeundae, and Haeundae District Office are nearby. Within a 5-minute drive, there are E-Mart Haeundae, Homeplus Haeundae, and Haeundae Rodeo Outlet, providing a convenient living infrastructure.
