MyGarage Co., Ltd. (CEO Gil Hyung-yong, Jang Gi-duk), which operates MY:GARAGE, a hyper-local based car repair shop information service and parts market distribution platform, announced on the 14th that it has been finally selected for the TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startup) investment program hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
The TIPS program is a representative private investment-led nurturing program in which the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and private investors select promising startups with outstanding business models and excellent technological capabilities to support research and development costs. Through this, MyGarage Co., Ltd. will receive R&D funding from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups for two years.
MyGarage is a dedicated customized recommendation platform service application for car owners that provides detailed information about the nearest car repair shops from their location anytime and anywhere, offering various useful vehicle-related information to vehicle users.
MyGarage Co., Ltd. developed the comprehensive car platform MyGarage based on technical expertise and AI recommendation algorithm research strategies for data collection and learning. With the selection for the TIPS program, it is expected to realize advanced services based on big data artificial intelligence (AI) processing technology in the mobility market.
