‘Sambu Renaissance,’ constructed by Sambutogeon, has made a new history in the Chuncheon real estate market in Gangwon Province. ‘Chuncheon Sambu Renaissance The Terrace,’ supplied in the Onui-dong area of Chuncheon City, Gangwon Province, recorded an average competition rate of 46.59 to 1, setting a new record for the highest competition rate in Chuncheon.


According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription website, on the 12th, the first-priority subscription for Chuncheon Sambu Renaissance The Terrace attracted 3,075 applicants for 66 general supply units, resulting in an average competition rate of 46.59 to 1. In particular, the exclusive 84㎡ A type saw 1,593 applicants for 12 units, achieving the highest competition rate of 132.75 to 1. Following this, the exclusive ▲84㎡ B type recorded 43.25 to 1, ▲122㎡ 29.29 to 1, and ▲140㎡ 18.60 to 1, demonstrating excellent competition rates.


This outcome was already anticipated during the special supply before the first-priority subscription. On the 11th, 113 applications were received for 37 special supply units, recording an average competition rate of 3.05 to 1.


A sales official stated, “Despite the unavoidable increase in sale prices due to rising construction material and ready-mix concrete costs, we made every effort to lower the sale price following the active request from the Chuncheon City Architecture Department.” He added, “We are pleased that our intention to minimize the financial burden on actual buyers while providing top-quality products has led to such excellent competition rates.” Furthermore, he noted, “The strong sales enthusiasm is expected to continue through to the contract stage.”


The announcement of successful applicants will be on July 19, and the official contract period will be held over three days from August 1 to 3.


Chuncheon Sambu Renaissance The Terrace consists of five buildings with four floors above ground, comprising 99 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 140㎡. By unit size, there are △27 units of 84㎡ A type, △27 units of 84㎡ B type, △18 units of 122㎡, and △27 units of 140㎡.


Chuncheon Sambu Renaissance The Terrace features a rare differentiated product in Chuncheon by applying terraces and duplex designs to all units. Additionally, the buildings are arranged mainly facing south and southeast to ensure ample sunlight, and the maximum 6Bay open-type design on the side enhances openness.
