Taerim Packaging announced on the 12th that it has decided to acquire 2,000 shares of its affiliate company, Taerim Cluster Co., Ltd. The acquisition amount is 19,195,664,801 KRW, and the purpose is to strengthen the capabilities of the corrugated cardboard and corrugated cardboard box business division.
