‘Seochungju Prugio The First’ Remaining Units Special Sale Ongoing

Daewoo E&C is currently conducting first-come, first-served building and unit number designated contracts for the ‘Seochungju Prugio The First’ apartments and officetels. This special sale of units held by the company is attracting attention due to the high future value of Chungju real estate, excellent location and products, and the premium of being in a non-regulated area.


The first-come, first-served building and unit number designated contract allows anyone aged 19 or older, regardless of their residential area, to contract for their preferred remaining unit’s building and unit number without a subscription savings account.


Additionally, the down payment is set at 10% of the supply price, reducing the initial financial burden, and as it is a non-regulated area, there are no resale restrictions, which is another advantage.


The atmosphere of the Chungju real estate market remains favorable, so the contracts are expected to proceed smoothly. According to the Korea Real Estate Board, Chungju apartment prices have been on the rise for 93 consecutive weeks since the second week of September 2020. Although apartment prices nationwide turned downward starting in May, Chungju continues its outstanding upward trend. There are no immediate planned supply units in Chungju, so the preference for new apartments is expected to increase further.


In particular, an analysis of Korea Real Estate Board data shows that in May, Chungju ranked first with 95 apartment purchases by Seoul residents, surpassing metropolitan cities, indicating high interest from other regions as well.


Job opportunities are also expected to steadily increase. The Seochungju Prugio The First is located in Seochungju New City, where many large corporations have settled. Chungju Advanced Industrial Complex and Chungju Megapolis are located nearby, and industrial complexes such as the Biohealth National Industrial Complex (planned) and Chungju Dream Park Industrial Complex (planned) are being expanded, making it a central hub of industry in the central region.


The unique product features of Seochungju Prugio The First also stand out. All apartment types are designed with at least 4 bays, and some types feature spacious scenic kitchen windows to add a touch of luxury. Some 84㎡ exclusive area types offer a 5-bay, 4-room layout with a ‘three-sided balcony’ structure that includes an additional balcony on the side. The officetels are also designed mainly with 4 bays and come in residential types with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, offering new layouts comparable to apartments.


Moreover, for the first time in Seochungju New City, the complex is designed as a park-style apartment with no cars on the ground level, creating a pleasant and safe environment. Areas previously occupied by vehicles will be transformed into green spaces with waterside features, playgrounds, and resident exercise facilities. Prugio’s Clean Air System, which manages fine dust by dividing the area into five zones, is also applied to maximize comfort.


Additionally, community spaces for residents are provided on the first floor to enjoy comfortable leisure activities. The Greenery Lounge includes a fitness club, GX club, golf club, sauna, daycare center, and a community care center. Educational and cultural spaces such as the ‘Greenery Studio’ and a ‘Greenery Cafe’ where residents can gather and relax will also be established.


A sales representative stated, “Inquiries are coming from across the country, especially from residents of Seoul and the metropolitan area who were previously ineligible for subscription qualifications,” adding, “Since the remaining units are limited, 100% contracts are expected to be completed soon.”


Meanwhile, Seochungju Prugio The First is located in Judeok-eup, Chungju-si, Chungbuk Province, consisting of 8 buildings with up to 37 floors above ground. It is a large complex with a total of 1,169 households, including 1,029 apartments (exclusive area 74~124㎡) and 140 residential officetel units (84㎡). It is notably the largest single complex of the popular ‘Prugio’ brand in Chungju.
