[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Dongseo University and the Lotte Giants baseball team have joined hands to develop content for the Giants' ‘building a brand image together with fans.’

The two organizations jointly planned and produced a video showcasing the baseball team's new brand slogan, Win the Moment (Enjoy the Moment / Give Your All to the Moment), aiming to contribute to the spread of sports culture.

The Lotte Giants baseball team, together with Dongseo University's Department of Advertising and Public Relations and the Dongseo University LINC3.0 Project Group's Class Selling program, created daily life videos of Giants fans enjoying baseball.

The produced videos will be broadcast on the back screen of Sajik Stadium in July and August.

An event is also planned to invite the students who participated in the production and the fans who appeared in the videos to the baseball stadium to enjoy together.

The Giants organization plans to continue contributing to the spread of sports culture in daily life across generations by utilizing communication platforms with fans even after the season ends.

Dongseo University's Class Selling program is a ‘customized industry-academia joint education program’ where projects requested by companies and institutions are opened as courses, and professors and participating companies jointly guide students, selling the results derived from the classes to the demanders.

In 2020, 25 programs were operated; in 2021, 26 programs; and in the first year of the LINC3.0 project this year, 22 programs are being operated.

Hwang Gi-hyun, head of Dongseo University LINC3.0 Project Group, said, “Dongseo University plans to expand infrastructure for industry-academia education and cooperate with the local community to strive for practical industry-academia exchanges needed by the local society.”
