The first ‘ePyeonhansesang’ brand complex in Sacheon City, Gyeongnam, is attracting the attention of prospective buyers. As it will be developed as the tallest building in the western Gyeongnam region with an ‘ocean view’ overlooking the South Sea, it is expected to become a landmark complex in Sacheon City.


In fact, landmark complexes representing a region often carry superlatives such as the highest, first, or largest in the area and offer premium products that match these distinctions. For example, ‘LCT’ in Busan, which attracted attention as the tallest building and an ‘ocean view’ complex (moved in November 2019), closed its first-priority subscription with a competition rate of up to 73 to 1 despite its high sale price at the time of sale. Since then, it has established itself as a landmark complex representing the Haeundae area, with record-breaking transactions reaching 4.85 billion KRW in March this year (based on actual transaction prices from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, exclusive area 161㎡).


The same applies to ‘ePyeonhansesang Samcheonpo Ocean Prime’ being built in Sacheon City, Gyeongnam. This complex, offered by DL E&C in July in the Donggeum-dong area of Sacheon City, Gyeongsangnam-do, consists of four buildings from four basement floors to 49 floors above ground, with a total of 677 households ranging from 84 to 138㎡ in exclusive area.


ePyeonhansesang has been recognized for its brand power, having won the Consumer’s Most Trusted Brand Award 10 times in total since 2021, the National Brand Award for four consecutive years, the Korea Brand of the Year Award for seven consecutive years, the Star Brand Award for four consecutive years, and ranking first in the 2021 Customer Preference Smart Apartment Brand Preference Survey announced by the Biz Big Data Research Institute.


ePyeonhansesang Samcheonpo Ocean Prime is expected to offer excellent product quality befitting this brand value. First, community spaces such as a rarely seen sky lounge and sky guest house in the region will be created, and the complex will be the first in the western Gyeongnam region to apply the ‘C2 House,’ ePyeonhansesang’s lifestyle-customized residential platform. The complex offers an ‘ocean view’ overlooking the South Sea right in front (excluding some units), and especially, since the Samcheonpo area is included in the Hallyeohaesang National Park, residents can enjoy beautiful sea views.
