'B&I Knowledge Industry Center Wonju' is scheduled to be constructed in Wonju City, Gangwon Province. It will be located in a prime area within the Wonju Enterprise City, which holds high future value.
The building will have 2 basement floors and 16 above-ground floors, consisting of factories, a knowledge industry center, neighborhood living facilities, live offices (full option), and dormitories (full option).
The B&I Knowledge Industry Center will be the first knowledge industry center combining IoT (Internet of Things) using 5G and security systems. It will support cloud servers, enabling collaboration anytime and anywhere without spatial constraints, thereby creating higher value for companies through an improved work environment. It is planned to be developed as a cutting-edge business center.
The parking capacity is about 430 spaces, boasting more than three times the legal requirement (144.73 spaces), providing ample parking.

The live offices and dormitories within the B&I Knowledge Industry Center feature a duplex-capable structure and provide full-option appliances including ceiling-type air conditioners, washing machines, oven-combined microwaves, induction cooktops, refrigerators, and clothing care devices. Dormitories have individual heating, and live offices offer built-in storage maximizing space utilization, boasting ample storage space.
Unlike existing knowledge industry centers, various specialized facilities will be provided. Plans include a book cafe, coin laundry, shared studio, shared meeting rooms, and a shared fitness club.
Wonju Enterprise City offers convenient transportation: using KTX, it takes about 30 minutes from Seowonju Station to Cheongnyangni, and with the extension of the metropolitan subway, travel from Gangnam to Wonju will be possible within 50 minutes. With many transportation developments such as the planned GTX, accessibility to Seoul is expected to improve further.
