Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Construction is set to open the model house for its first ‘Elcrew’ brand complex in Jeju, ‘Jeju-si Elcrew The First,’ on July 8.
This complex is located in a non-regulated area with no resale restrictions, and financial burdens have been reduced through conditions such as full interest-free interim payments, fixed contract deposits, and free balcony expansions.
‘Jeju-si Elcrew The First’ consists of 15 buildings ranging from one basement floor to four above-ground floors in Hamdeok-ri, Jocheon-eup, Jeju-si, with a total of 134 units of exclusive areas 59㎡ and 84㎡. By exclusive area, there are ▲48 units of 59㎡ ▲86 units of 84㎡.
‘Jeju-si Elcrew The First’ plans to divide the entire complex into three villages?Water Village, Forest Village, and Community Village?each designed to reflect the characteristics of the respective village. Facilities within the complex include a water playground for water activities, a healing forest playground filled with a relaxing atmosphere, a pine forest walking trail, a camping site, and a barbecue area. Additionally, two guesthouse units will be created for visitors.
A high-quality community will also be established. The community facilities within the complex will include an indoor golf practice range, screen golf course, library, kids’ library, fitness center, coin laundry, study rooms, and yoga room, allowing residents to enjoy various hobbies and leisure activities within the complex for a more relaxed and vibrant lifestyle.
Various convenience facilities for residents are also notable. A pick-up and drop-off shelter has been installed so children can get on and off comfortably regardless of weather conditions such as snow or rain. Parents can view the pick-up and drop-off shelter and water playground from the Moms Cafe, enhancing safety. Most units are oriented southward, and some offer views of Hallasan Mountain.
