[Asia Economy Reporter Yoon Dong-joo] Kim Jin-pyo, the newly appointed Speaker of the National Assembly, is arriving at the National Assembly building on the 5th. The new Speaker Kim made his first appearance at work after 11 a.m., well past the usual start time.

In his acceptance speech, Kim Jin-pyo stated, "To make up for the 35-day delayed opening, the National Assembly must be properly operational as soon as possible, even if it is just one day earlier."
