Haitai Confectionery Launches 'Ivy Canape' Combining Crackers with 'Gohyang Mandu'

After over a year of research, Haitai succeeded in shaping Ivy cracker dough into canap? mandu. Additionally, Haitai applied its unique dumpling technique to seal the layered edges, creating space to hold fresh toppings. The crispy exterior traps moisture inside, achieving the perfect 'crispy outside, moist inside' texture. The new product will be released in two flavors: 'Kkreami' and 'Sweet Pumpkin.'
