[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] Classys announced on the 5th that its cosmetic brand 'SKEDERM' lifting patches in three types have obtained China's sanitary approval (NMPA), the final procedure for local sales.

Classys is diversifying its sales channels to expand in the Chinese cosmetic market. Along with obtaining this sanitary approval, the company has completed all preparation procedures to target the Chinese market, including trademark rights, image, and genuine product certification program registration, and plans to officially export to China in the second half of this year.

A company official said, “Since last year, we quickly acquired the strictly revised Chinese sanitary approval, receiving recognition for both the company's product technology and safety,” adding, “We will put more effort into expanding sales and promoting SKEDERM's technology as a K-beauty brand through more active development of the Chinese market.”

All three types of lifting patches are 'functional products' and have obtained wrinkle improvement functionality from the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Depending on skin type, users can select and use patches suitable for their skin based on ingredient characteristics such as ‘Peptide (elasticity improvement)’, ‘Cica (skin soothing)’, and ‘Hyaluron (moisture care)’.
