Hanchang Acquires Additional 2.5 Billion KRW Shares in Subsidiary The Century 21

[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] Han Chang announced on the 4th that he will additionally acquire 62,500 shares of The Century 21, a luxury distribution and platform business subsidiary, for 2.5 billion KRW. After acquiring the shares, Han Chang's stake in The Century 21 will be 100%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 5th.
