[Asia Economy Reporter Myunghwan Lee] Seohan announced on the 4th that it has signed a contract with Korea Trust for a joint housing construction project in Osong-eup, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk, worth 291.11 billion KRW.
The contract amount corresponds to 47.82% of last year's individual standard sales. The contract period is until April 25, 2025.
Seohan explained, "The total construction period is 34 months, and the contract period may change upon confirmation of the actual start date after the issuance of the construction commencement certificate."
