Subscription Applications for First Priority in Relevant Areas on the 4th and First Priority in Other Areas on the 5th Open
GS Construction's housing brand 'Xi,' which boasts such high preference in the sales market that it has coined the new term "Mitchungja" (those who trust and apply for Xi), has officially begun the subscription schedule for 'Beomeo Xi,' the first Xi apartment in Suseong-gu, Daegu.
As the first meeting between Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu?one of the most preferred residential areas in Daegu?and Xi, which leads the housing market, much interest is expected.
Beomeo Xi will be developed as a residential-commercial complex apartment consisting of apartments and residential officetels in Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City. It will have 4 buildings ranging from 6 basement floors to a maximum of 34 floors above ground, with a total of 451 households. The apartments consist of 399 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 114㎡, and the residential officetels consist of 52 units with an exclusive area of 84㎡.
The apartment subscription schedule is as follows: on July 4, first priority for the relevant area; July 5, first priority for other areas; and July 6, second priority subscription applications will be accepted. The announcement of successful applicants will be on July 14, and official contracts will be signed over four days from July 25 to 28.
The first priority subscription requirements for the apartments are limited to those who have held a subscription savings account for more than 24 months and have paid the deposit amount according to the region and area. The relevant area applicants must have resided in Daegu Metropolitan City for more than one year, while other area applicants include those who have lived in Daegu for less than one year and residents of Gyeongsangbuk-do.
Beomeo Xi will be developed as a forest-adjacent residential-commercial complex apartment, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant natural environment, which has recently become an important factor in housing choices.
The complex boasts a forest-adjacent location right next to Yasigol Park, promising a nature-friendly and comfortable daily life. Additionally, it is situated on a side street of a main road, providing a quiet residential environment, which is expected to sustain strong interest.
Moreover, it is located within the Beomeo-dong school district, known for its prestigious educational institutions, which is likely to attract high attention. Nearby schools include Beomeo Elementary School, Kyungshin Middle School, and Kyungshin High School, and the Suseong-gu Office Station academy district is also close. Furthermore, various educational facilities such as the Beomeo Public Library are adjacent, offering excellent educational conditions.
The complex also stands out for its residential convenience, as it is close to Beomeo-dong’s excellent transportation environment and living infrastructure. Beomeo Xi plans to enhance residential convenience by introducing differentiated designs and products from the 'Xi' brand, which ranked first in the comprehensive apartment brand ranking in 2021.
