On the 4th, CJ CheilJedang announced the launch of two types of 'Gourmet Pasta,' which embody the chef's know-how to deliver restaurant-quality taste and quality. Along with the existing Gourmet pizza and soup, the lineup now includes three popular Italian menu items, allowing consumers to enjoy a sophisticated Italian meal at home at a professional level.
The new products introduced under the Gourmet brand are 'Vongole Oil' and 'Truffle Cream.' The 'Gourmet Vongole Oil Pasta' uses thin, flat linguine noodles that pair best with oil-based sauce, and is richly filled with clams, garlic, and various vegetables to enhance the umami flavor. The 'Gourmet Truffle Cream Pasta' is packed with three types of mushrooms and onions to add depth of flavor, and uses wide fettuccine noodles to fully deliver the rich aroma of truffle in every bite.
These products can be conveniently enjoyed at home without the need to boil water to cook the noodles; simply thaw in the microwave for about 3 minutes and then cook in a frying pan for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Additionally, by applying rapid freezing technology, the pasta achieves an al dente texture (cooked on the outside but firm inside) similar to that of fresh pasta specialty restaurants. All raw toppings are pre-processed and manufactured using frozen block technology to ensure fresh, abundant taste and visual appeal. A special secret sauce reflecting the chef's know-how is also provided, packed with the rich flavor of the original ingredients.
On the official mall CJ The Market, a special event themed 'Easy and Perfect Italian Meal at Home' will be held until the 10th. Gourmet bakery items, soups, and pizzas can be purchased at discounts of up to 45%. Additionally, a 10% overlapping discount coupon is offered to increase the benefits.
