Listening Directly to Customer Feedback... LGU+ Releases Web Variety Show 'Catch You' Season 2

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] LG Uplus announced on the 3rd that it has released season 2 of 'Catch U,' a YouTube customer communication content.

Catch U is a YouTube web variety show where comedian duo Lee Yong-jin and Lee Jin-ho visit actual LG Uplus customers to hear their honest experiences. Following season 1, which explored the strengths of Uplus by visiting long-term customers, season 2 is themed "Looking for Customers Who Left," meeting former Uplus customers who are currently using other providers to hear their reasons for cancellation and how the company seeks solutions.

While season 1 focused on hearing usage experiences from LG Uplus customers, season 2 was planned with the intention of listening to the inconveniences experienced by canceled customers and continuously improving services from the customer’s perspective. It is part of the 'Why Not' campaign, which boldly accepts and improves upon customers’ candid criticisms.

Season 2 will air a total of five episodes, including titles such as "Family Bundle Discount is Disappointing," "Membership Benefits are Disappointing," and "Please Create a Plan for People in Their 20s." Starting from episode 1 on June 29, new episodes will be released every Wednesday at 6 p.m. on LG Uplus’s official YouTube channel.

In episode 1, "Family Bundle Discount is Disappointing," released on the 29th of last month, canceled customer Jin Jeong-min was introduced. Jin Jeong-min, who has seven family members, pointed out that the U+ Together discount is only available for up to five people, which was disappointing. In response, the LG Uplus representative shared a tip to split the seven-person family into groups of four and three to receive a monthly discount of 300,000 KRW.

Through Catch U, LG Uplus expects to attentively listen to customers’ unfiltered evaluations of its services and foster sincere communication with customers.
