DL Construction's 'e-Pyeonhansesang Seoulsan Park Grande,' being developed in the Seoulsan area, which is gaining attention as the new center of Ulsan, will hold various events and activities along with the opening of its housing exhibition hall.
The complex will first host the 'e-Pyeonhansesang Seoulsan Park Grande Festival,' which features a rich lineup of programs. The festival is broadly divided into permanent programs, performance programs, and auxiliary programs, and will run for three days including weekends, starting from the opening day of the housing exhibition hall.
First, the permanent program includes a flea market organized in collaboration with local markets, which will be set up at the housing exhibition hall and operate for three days. A food zone offering various refreshments will also be available.
Next, the performance program will feature a temporary stage and separate seating area, operating over the two weekend days. It will mainly consist of regular performances and a main concert. The regular performances include magic shows and bubble shows, each held three times a day for a total of six performances. The main concerts will take place at 4 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, the auxiliary programs will include DIY events where visitors can create their own interior accessories, as well as a photo zone event offering family photo shoots and printing services.
A sales official stated, "We planned and are hosting this festival with various programs to spend meaningful time with visitors to the housing exhibition hall. Also, during the opening period, various events will be held, allowing visitors to experience more than just viewing, making it a special time."
The complex is also preparing various opening events. In particular, a daily prize draw event will be held for visitors during the three opening days. Winners will receive prizes such as an LG 65-inch TV (1st prize), Dyson Cool Fan (2nd prize), and Kochweber high-speed blender (3rd prize).
Meanwhile, e-Pyeonhansesang Seoulsan Park Grande, which is attracting attention with these abundant events and activities, will be constructed in the Sangbuk-myeon area of Ulju-gun, Ulsan City. It will consist of six buildings ranging from three basement floors to 23 above-ground floors, with a total of 607 units sized between 68 and 114 square meters.
The complex is characterized by its location within a forest area surrounded by nature, providing a pleasant residential environment. Notably, the nearby Yeongnam Alps, selected as one of Korea's top 100 tourist destinations, along with attractions such as Unmunsan Natural Recreation Forest, Gajisan Provincial Park, Ganwol Natural Recreation Forest, and Sinbulsan Recreation Forest, offer residents the benefits of a green life and eco-healing premium.
Additionally, easy access to National Route 24 allows smooth travel to downtown Ulsan. The proximity to KTX Ulsan Station, Gyeongbu Expressway Seoulsan IC, Ulsan Expressway Eonyang JC, and Hamyang-Ulsan Expressway Seoulju JC provides excellent wide-area transportation networks, enabling convenient travel anywhere nationwide.
Furthermore, the complex is near industrial complexes such as Gilcheon General Industrial Complex, Bancheon Industrial Complex, Samsung SDI Ulsan Plant, and Ottogi Samnam Factory, making it attractive as a residence close to workplaces. The educational environment is also highly rated, with nearby schools including Sangbuk Elementary, Sangbuk Middle, Gyeongui High, Ulsan Science High, as well as children's experience facilities like 'Keunnamu Playground' and the Village Education Community Hub Center.
The subscription schedule for e-Pyeonhansesang Seoulsan Park Grande starts with special supply on July 11, followed by first priority subscriptions on July 12, and second priority on July 13. Winners will be announced on July 19, and official contracts will be signed over three days from August 1 to 3.
The sale price is set from around 250 million KRW for 68㎡ units and from around 320 million KRW for 84㎡ units. Compared to nearby complexes where 84㎡ units are trading around 500 million KRW, this offers significant price competitiveness. Additionally, all units come with free balcony expansion, a fixed first deposit of 10 million KRW, and 60% interest-free mid-term payments, easing the financial burden on consumers.
