This sale is the first regular sale held after the social distancing measures due to COVID-19 were lifted. Discounts of up to 80% are offered across various categories including casual wear, kids, accessories, and living products. A 'Vacation Essential Items Special Sale' tailored for the summer holiday season will also be held.

At Fashion Park, Seryuchi, Jo Soonhee, and Morado spring/summer (S/S) best products are discounted up to 80%, and She’s Miss and List cool summer items are discounted up to 70%. SPA brands such as ZARA, H&M, and Eight Seconds offer up to 50% off, and Missso offers up to 60% off in the '22 S/S Season Off' event.

At Living Park, about 30 living brands participate, offering discounts such as Sealy and Serta up to 40%, Downing and Connie Pebble up to 30%, and Ace and Hypnos up to 10%, selling mattresses, drawers, desks, bedding, and more at discounted prices.

Essential items for water parks and beaches are also offered at special prices. Popular swimwear brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy, Renoma, and Arena are sold at 20-50% discounted prices, and Ray-Ban sunglasses can be purchased with up to 20% off.
