LH Gwangju-Jeonnam Announces Supply of 120 Mixed Rental Housing Units in Yeongam Haksan


[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Korea Land and Housing Corporation Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Headquarters announced on the 29th that it will supply 120 rental housing units in Haksan-myeon, Yeongam-gun.


The Yeongam Haksan rental housing to be supplied this time is being constructed at 1266-2 Dokcheon-ri, Haksan-myeon, Yeongam-gun, Jeollanam-do, and is a mixed rental housing consisting of 18 Happy Housing units, 82 National Rental units, and 20 Permanent Rental units.


Happy Housing is supplied to young groups (youth, newlyweds) and housing-vulnerable groups (elderly), and National Rental is supplied to non-homeowners who meet income and asset requirements at affordable rental conditions of 60~80% of the surrounding market price.


Permanent Rental is supplied at about 30% of the market price to ensure housing stability for vulnerable groups such as basic livelihood security recipients and national merit recipients.


Looking at the characteristics by type, the youth supply type of Happy Housing (16㎡) will provide built-in products such as refrigerators, washing machines, and gas cooktops to support housing for the youth group.


Some National Rental units (6 units of 29㎡) are designed as housing for the housing vulnerable, and convenience facilities for those with mobility difficulties will be installed. Permanent Rental units (26㎡) are equipped with wall-mounted air conditioners inside the units for residents' comfortable living.


Within the complex, shared laundry rooms, senior citizen centers, and resident rest facilities are installed to provide a high-quality living environment.


The complex is adjacent to Jangjeongsan, offering excellent natural scenery, and has convenient transportation with the Namhae Expressway and Seoho Haksan IC nearby.


The living conditions are also favorable, with convenience facilities such as marts, traditional markets, and hospitals located nearby, and public offices such as the Haksan-myeon Administrative Welfare Center and police substation within a 700m radius.


Various educational institutions from elementary schools to universities are located nearby, providing an excellent educational environment.


Applications for Happy Housing and National Rental types can be submitted online (PC and mobile) through the LH website subscription center from the 11th to the 20th of next month.


Applicants who have difficulty applying online, such as the elderly, can visit the Haksan-myeon Social Organizations Federation Hall on the 19th and 20th of next month from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the necessary documents to receive application assistance.


For Permanent Rental, applications can be submitted in person at the town and township offices in Yeongam-gun from the 21st to the 29th of next month with the necessary documents.


Move-in is scheduled for November 2023.
