Hanwha Construction announced on the 29th that it has signed a 'Strategic Business Agreement for Specialization of Complex Development Project Facilities' with Glow Seoul, a space solution development company.
Glow Seoul is a company with development experience ranging from large commercial facilities to local commercial districts, providing comprehensive space solutions including space planning and design, content development and operation, and branding.
Hanwha Construction stated, "The importance of space planning and linked product development for the non-residential sector (offices and commercial facilities), which accounts for a large portion of complex development, is increasing," adding, "In line with this trend, we plan to internalize overall business know-how from planning complex commercial spaces to branding, content development, and operation management together with Glow Seoul, which has diverse experience in consulting for complex commercial space facilities and content branding."
Hanwha Construction has been selected as the project operator for trillion-won scale complex development projects such as the Seoul Station North Area Complex Development Project, Daejeon Station Area Complex Development Project, Suseo Station Transfer Center Development Project, and Jamsil Sports MICE Complex Space Creation Project, and is currently carrying out these projects.
The signing ceremony held at the Hanwha Building in Janggyo-dong, Seoul, was attended by Kim Mankyeom, Vice President of Hanwha Construction, Yoo Jeongsu, CEO of Glow Seoul, and other related personnel.
