Since 2015, KT Alpha Shopping has been listening to customers' honest opinions on broadcasting, products, and delivery through the Viewer Evaluators it has operated, striving to improve service quality.

This term of Viewer Evaluators will focus on evaluating and selecting new products. Every week, they will assess the overall attractiveness of broadcast products submitted to the Product Selection Committee, including brand awareness, unique features and satisfaction with the composition, and price acceptance, while providing feedback on the products.

Additionally, they will convey more vivid customer voices through participation in various surveys related to KT Alpha Shopping, participation as panelists in viewer evaluation broadcasts, and setting agendas for monthly regular meetings.

The finally selected Viewer Evaluators will be active for about 12 months until June next year, enjoying various benefits such as monthly activity points, employee discounts, and additional points if selected as outstanding evaluators.
