Ourhome Opens Customer Service Center on Metaverse Platform

In March, Ourhome signed an agreement with Zigbang to move into Soma, a metaverse-based virtual office. Since then, it built a customer consultation center in Soma, conducted a three-month pilot operation, and officially opened it this time.


The Ourhome Metaverse Customer Consultation Center focuses on overcoming the limitations of non-face-to-face work methods and establishing an efficient work environment. By using remote work methods, it saved employees' commuting time and created an environment identical to an offline consultation center. Additionally, with a One-team work system, all employees can quickly share work and provide feedback in one space. It is characterized by the ability to check customer inquiries in real time and smoothly conduct customer consultations through rapid assignment of responsible staff.


The company expects an improvement in customer satisfaction as well. Ourhome plans to move logistics centers with heavy nighttime workloads into Soma in the future to establish a 24-hour customer response system.
