[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Park] A YouTube channel claiming to be the international hacker group 'Anonymous' has warned that it will bring Kwon Do-hyung, CEO of Terraform Labs who created the cryptocurrency TerraUSD (UST) and Luna, to legal justice.

On the 27th (local time), according to cryptocurrency media Cointelegraph, a video was released on a YouTube channel claiming to be affiliated with Anonymous, stating that they have secured evidence that CEO Kwon attempted fraud related to the Terra and Luna crash incident, and that they will expose his criminal activities.

In the video, they said, "There is no way to reverse the damage caused by CEO Kwon (to investors)," and "The only thing we can do at this point is to hold CEO Kwon accountable and ensure he faces legal judgment as soon as possible."

They also stated, "There is important evidence that he had bad intentions from the start," referring to CEO Kwon as a 'scammer.' They added, "There is no doubt that more crimes will be discovered from the traces of destruction caused by CEO Kwon," and said they are reviewing his background.

Cointelegraph reported that reactions to Anonymous's warning are mixed. While some support the warning to track CEO Kwon's actions that caused harm to many, others criticize the hacker group for issuing empty threats without presenting information related to CEO Kwon's crimes.

Meanwhile, recently CEO Kwon drew a line, stating that the recent crash incident is "not a fraud." In an interview with the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on the 22nd, responding to claims that the crash was a planned scam, he said, "I made confident statements and bets because I believed in the potential of TerraUSD," and "Although I failed in the bet, my words and actions were 100% consistent. Failure and fraud are different."
