'Growth Stage' from 3 to 7 Years After Startup
Education on Market Expansion and Marketing Strategies

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] The Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association is recruiting students for the second training session of the 2022 Women CEO Course, titled "Business Survival Strategies in the Era of Great Transformation - Growth Stage."

The 2022 Women CEO Course is structured around themes corresponding to the stages of a company's lifecycle: startup, growth, maturity, organizational innovation, and re-leap (business succession).

Following the startup stage session held in May, the current growth stage covers the 3 to 7 years after founding, with topics including △ market expansion and marketing strategies △ digital marketing strategies △ changes in work methods △ women’s leadership.

The training will be conducted in a hybrid format, both online and offline. Students wishing to attend in person can audit the sessions at the studio. Additionally, after the lectures, a "Dialogue with the Speaker" session will be held, where participants can receive advice tailored to their individual business circumstances.

Moreover, a mentoring program is operated through a proprietary platform, offering one-on-one matching with expert consultants in areas such as management, startup, and human resources/labor.

The training will take place over three weeks from the 11th to the 31st of next month, targeting 150 female CEOs and prospective entrepreneurs on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications open at 10 a.m. on the 28th and can be submitted via the Women Entrepreneurs Association website’s Women Business Comprehensive Information Portal. The tuition fee is 100,000 KRW, which will be fully refunded upon meeting the completion criteria.
