Megastudy Decides to Acquire Treasury Shares Worth 4.6 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jaehee] Megastudy announced on the 27th that it will acquire 450,000 treasury shares through on-market purchases based on the previous trading day's (24th) closing price of 10,150 KRW per share. The total acquisition amount is 4,567,500,000 KRW.

The acquisition period is from June 28 to September 27.

The company stated that the purpose of the acquisition is "to stabilize the stock price and enhance shareholder value."
