Seohi Construction to Recruit Members for 'GTX Unjeong Station Seohi Starhills' in Second Half of Year

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Seohui Construction announced on the 26th that the local housing cooperative projects the company is involved in are scheduled for the second half of this year.

The local housing cooperative for ‘GTX Unjeong Station Seohui Starhills (tentative name)’ in Paju-si, Gyeonggi Province, is preparing to recruit members. The complex will consist of 19 apartment buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡, totaling 1,724 households.

‘GTX Unjeong Station Seohui Starhills (tentative name)’ is close to Paju Unjeong New Town, allowing for shared new town infrastructure. The GTX-A line Unjeong Station is scheduled to open in June 2024, which is expected to improve transportation to Gangnam.

In Cheonan, Chungnam Province, ‘Cheonan Mokcheon Seohui Starhills’ is currently recruiting cooperative members. The complex consists of 11 apartment buildings from 2 basement floors to 31 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 74 to 84㎡, totaling 1,124 households. Access to the Gyeongbu Expressway is possible via the nearby Mokcheon IC, and it offers easy access to central Cheonan as well as the southern metropolitan areas such as Pyeongtaek and Anseong.

Meanwhile, Seohui Construction has launched the local housing cooperative platform ‘Seohui GO Jip’ to provide guidance and information about local housing cooperatives.
