Cheongna The Live Tiamo Casa Unveiled in July

A super high-rise landmark complex is drawing attention in Cheongna International City. The protagonist is ‘Cheongna The Live Tiamo Casa,’ which boasts high-end product quality in a golden location considered the last site directly facing the Canal Way in the heart of Cheongna International City.

‘Cheongna The Live Tiamo Casa,’ which will have its grand opening on July 8 in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, is a complex commissioned by Cheongna Plus Co., Ltd. and constructed by SGC E-Tech Construction Co., Ltd. It consists of three buildings from three basement floors to 46 floors above ground, with a total of 523 units ranging from 76 to 211㎡ in exclusive area. The number of units by exclusive area is △76㎡ 208 units △84㎡A 208 units △84㎡B 104 units △211㎡ 3 units, all configured as 3-room small apartment alternative products.

In fact, Cheongna The Live Tiamo Casa is located right in front of the Canal Way, known as the last remaining golden location in Cheongna, offering a one-stop location. First, the Canal Way Station (tentative name) on Seoul Subway Line 7, scheduled to open in 2027, is planned right in front of the complex, making it a super-station area complex with excellent transportation conditions. Once Seoul Subway Line 7 opens, it will take about 30 minutes to reach Gasan Digital Complex, and it will be possible to travel directly to Seoul’s Gangnam area without transfers.

According to Incheon City, the extension of Seoul Subway Line 7 to Cheongna has completed all preliminary preparations for actual construction with the final safety management plan approved this month. Starting this month, basic work such as tree transplantation and installation of soundproof fences will begin, marking the start of full-scale construction. It is expected that the entire section will open simultaneously in 2027 as originally planned.

Additionally, fast access to the Gyeongin Expressway is possible through the underground project of Cheongna International City from Seo-Incheon IC on the Gyeongin Expressway. There is also a rich network of wide-area roads such as Buk-Incheon IC (towards Yeongjong) and Cheongna IC (towards Seoul) on the Incheon International Airport Expressway, and Nam-Cheongna IC on the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Road (between Incheon and Gimpo), making travel to other regions by car convenient.

Moreover, Seoul Subway Line 9 is currently pursuing direct connection with the Airport Railroad, and at the end of March, the feasibility study for the ‘Seoul Subway Line 2 extension to Cheongna’ project also commenced, further improving accessibility from Cheongna to Seoul.

Along with this, the 3rd Yeonryuk Bridge, 4.68 km long connecting Yeongjong and Cheongna, is scheduled to open in 2025, expected to greatly contribute to balanced development, revitalization of development, and investment attraction in the western metropolitan area.

Various convenient living facilities are abundant. Right in front of the complex is the 3.6 km artificial waterway Canal Way, equipped with exercise facilities and walking trails. About a 10-minute walk along the Canal Way is Cheongna Lake Park, covering approximately 690,000㎡, providing a pleasant leisure environment.

Within about 200 meters radius, there are large retail facilities such as Lotte Mart (Cheongna branch) and Homeplus (Cheongna branch), along with various commercial facilities along the Canal Way, allowing easy access to abundant convenience facilities. Additionally, school facilities such as Cheongram Elementary, Cheongram Middle, Dodam Elementary, Choeun Middle, and Choeun High School are located within a 1 km radius.

The future value is also high due to abundant development benefits. First, the ‘Cheongna City Tower,’ the tallest observation tower in Korea, consisting of a super high-rise observation tower and complex facilities with a height of 448 meters from two basement floors to 30 floors above ground on a 33,058㎡ site in the center of Cheongna Lake Park, is about to start construction and is expected to be completed as early as 2026.

Also, about 3 km from the complex, a medical complex town including an 800-bed general hospital, medical bio-education and research facilities, life science park, senior welfare housing, and officetels will be developed by the Seoul Asan Hospital consortium by 2028.

The landmark product quality is also noteworthy. The complex, a super high-rise with up to 46 floors, will feature a unique sky bridge connecting the three buildings as one, enhancing the value of the complex. Additionally, penthouses will be located on the top floors, and inside, the Italian Molteni company’s high-end furniture brand Dada is used for kitchen furniture, adding luxury to every detail. Various home appliances will also be provided free of charge.

Meanwhile, the model house of Cheongna The Live Tiamo Casa also features a luxury brand hall. This fresh attempt, not found elsewhere, will solidify the complex’s image as a luxury residential product by hosting a luxury brand hall that matches the high-end product quality of the complex, providing consumers with entertainment beyond the product itself.

The model house of Cheongna The Live Tiamo Casa will have its grand opening on July 8.
