Jeju Air to Increase Flights to Bangkok and Manila Next Month


[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Jeju Air announced on the 22nd that it will increase the Incheon-Bangkok route to seven times a week starting from the 1st of next month. From the 20th of the same month, it plans to further increase the frequency to twice a day, 14 times a week. While preparing to resume flights four times a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday) from the 23rd, it will steadily increase the schedule.


The flight schedule departs from Incheon at 8:05 PM, leaves Bangkok at 1:00 AM, and arrives in Incheon at 8:40 AM. Starting from the 20th of next month, an additional schedule will depart at 9:10 PM and leave Bangkok at 2:00 AM, arriving back in Incheon at 9:50 AM.


The Philippine routes will also be significantly increased. The Incheon-Clark route will increase to four times a week starting today and to seven times a week from the 25th of next month. The Incheon-Manila route will be seven times a week starting next month, and the Cebu route will increase from four times a week starting on the 22nd to seven times a week from the 20th of next month. The Incheon-Bohol route will increase to four times a week starting next month.


The Incheon-Kota Kinabalu route will operate four times a week starting from the 29th, and the Busan-Bangkok route will resume twice a week from the 23rd. In line with the increase in Southeast Asian routes, a ticket discount event will be held from the 1st of next month to October 29th. Including fuel surcharges and all fees, the total fare for Incheon-Bangkok is about 232,500 KRW, and for Busan-Bangkok about 247,500 KRW.
