Major Brand Officetel 'ePyeonhansesang City Doan' in Daejeon Doan New Town Ready for Sale

A new residential officetel complex is attracting attention in Doan New Town, an emerging residential area in Daejeon. Following the successful sell-out of previously launched residential officetels, demand and expectations among buyers remain high.


Doan New Town is a second-phase local new town developed across Seo-gu and Yuseong-gu in Daejeon. According to data from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, development began in 2003. As a planned city, transportation, commercial areas, and parks are distributed to provide a convenient and pleasant living environment.


According to data from Daejeon City Hall, the first phase of the Doan district has been completed, supplying about 24,000 housing units as a future-oriented new town with self-sufficient functions. The waterfront area of the Doan Gapcheon district is planned to be completed by this year, aiming to create a pleasant urban environment harmonized with nature. Currently, the second and third phases are under development as a hinterland city for the administrative capital complex city, Daedeok Research and Development Special Zone, and the Science Belt development.


Once all development is completed, Doan New Town is expected to accommodate approximately 58,000 households and about 150,000 residents, transforming into a representative residential area of Daejeon. Reflecting this anticipation, the “Daejeon Doan Central I-Park (Phases 1, 2, and 3)” launched in Doan New Town last November closed with a triple-digit competition rate averaging 266.3 to 1.


Additionally, “Hillstate Doan First,” launched in Doan New Town in August of the same year, recorded a double-digit subscription competition rate averaging 13.8 to 1.


Meanwhile, DL Construction is preparing to launch the residential officetel “e-Pyeonhansesang City Doan” in Doan New Town, Daejeon.


e-Pyeonhansesang City Doan will be located in Gwanjeo-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, and will consist of 207 units with a floor area of 84㎡ each, spanning from three basement levels to ten above-ground floors.


The complex is situated in an area with excellent living infrastructure within Doan New Town. Within a 1 km radius, there are various facilities such as Lotte Cinema, Konyang University Hospital, and neighborhood parks. Roads like National Route 4 and Doan-daero are nearby, facilitating convenient travel within and outside Daejeon. Furthermore, the Daejeon Subway Line 2 (scheduled to open in 2028) will be accessible within 500 meters of the complex, and the Chungcheong Regional Rail, scheduled to open in 2024, is also close by.


A sales official stated, “e-Pyeonhansesang City Doan is located in Doan New Town, the largest development district in Daejeon, allowing residents to conveniently enjoy excellent infrastructure such as cinemas and large hospitals. Additionally, it consists solely of 84㎡ units, which are highly preferred for residential purposes, and with the upcoming openings of Daejeon Subway Line 2 and Chungcheong Regional Rail, it is expected to attract strong interest from buyers.”
