[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Ottogi announced on the 22nd that it will operate a yellow-themed pop-up store, ‘OTTOGI Y100,’ at LG Uplus’s complex cultural space ‘Ilsangbi Ilsangui Teum’ located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, until the 17th of next month.
This exhibition is Ottogi’s second pop-up store following the one at ‘LCDC SEOUL’ in Seongsu-dong last March. It offers a brand experience under the theme of ‘You and I’s Yellow Trip to an Extraordinary Space Full of Yellow, Escaping from Everyday Life,’ timed for the summer vacation season.
The main program, ‘Ottogi Palette,’ features various Ottogi food products and goods in yellow tones. The goods include a total of 10 items such as short-sleeve T-shirts, keyrings, trays, mugs, toy cubes, kitchen cloths, and market bags. The ‘Yellow Trip’ section exhibits yellow travel-related accessories and goods. At ‘Take Yellow,’ visitors can decorate passport cases themselves using stickers.
By signing up for the ‘Ilsangbi Ilsangui Teum’ application, visitors can taste a yellow ade based on Ottogi I’m Stick Yujacha (citron tea). Additionally, from the 5th to the 10th of next month, an Ottogi Yellow Food Truck will operate in the outdoor space of the building.
An Ottogi representative said, “We have partnered with Ilsangbi Ilsangui Teum, which has recently established itself as a brand for the MZ generation (Millennials + Gen Z) through bold pop-ups and exhibitions, to open a trendy pop-up store with a travel concept using Ottogi’s signature yellow color. We hope visitors will enjoy experiencing the brand value more interestingly through various goods and activities.”
