Pulmuone Green Juice Launches Jeju Organic NFC Cabbage Juice: "Juiced as Is"

NFC (Not From Concentrate) is a method of making products by juicing raw materials directly without concentration.

The new cabbage juice uses only organic cabbage grown healthily in Jeju Island without chemical fertilizers or synthetic pesticides and has received organic processed food certification from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. The freshly harvested cabbage is safely processed in a HACCP-certified facility in Jeju.

The organic cabbage is juiced 100% as is, preserving the original taste and nutrition of the raw material. After juicing, a two-step enzyme treatment process minimizes the cabbage’s characteristic fishy taste while enhancing its sweet and savory flavor. An additional microfiltration process after enzyme treatment provides a cleaner throat feel. It is individually packaged in pouch form for easy consumption anytime, anywhere.
