"Control Shopping Cart and Dining Prices" Mart Industry Takes Initiative for Price Stabilization

Lotte Mart is holding an encore sale on price-stabilized sashimi tuna.

According to Lotte Mart on the 19th, they will offer Canadian live lobster, in season, at the lowest price of the year until the 22nd. By directly trading with excellent Canadian partner suppliers and eliminating intermediate distribution stages, they are selling live lobsters at a 40% discount compared to market prices.

They have prepared a quantity of 50,000 lobsters for this event, and with event card application, customers can purchase a 400g lobster for 12,935 KRW and a 700g lobster for 22,945 KRW each. This price is 35% cheaper than the regular price.

Additionally, the price stabilization tuna sashimi event held two weeks ago will be reintroduced until the 22nd. In this sale, the size of the tuna sashimi, previously sold in 300g portions, has been upgraded to 500g, and the price per 100g has been significantly reduced from 5,260 KRW to 3,960 KRW, selling at 19,800 KRW.

Homeplus is also holding a ‘Chicken Festival’ until the 22nd, covering all chicken items from fresh chicken, a summer health food ingredient, to ready meals and deli products, to reduce the burden on customers’ shopping baskets. Deli products made from domestic fresh chicken, such as ‘Quinoa Roasted Chicken’ and ‘Two-piece Fried Chicken,’ are sold at promotional prices of 7,990 KRW and 10,990 KRW respectively.

In addition, antibiotic-free fresh chicken, frozen chicken, and convenient ready meals, perfect for various cooking needs, are offered at discounts for My Homeplus membership customers. ‘Harim Antibiotic-Free Chicken for Braised Chicken Stew’ (900g) is sold at a 30% discount price of 6,290 KRW, frozen chicken breast and tenderloin (2kg) and frozen chicken legs (2kg) are sold at a 20% discount for 12,790 KRW and 16,790 KRW respectively. ‘Kyochon Real Dakgangjeong’ (520g) in two varieties and ‘Mexicana Dakgangjeong’ (500g) in two varieties are sold at a 20% discount for 6,790 KRW and 6,390 KRW respectively.
