Station area locations are considered prime spots in the commercial market. This is because the influx of abundant foot traffic from subway users quickly activates the commercial district. As a result, tenant preference is high, and continuous real estate value appreciation can be expected.
Amid this, a commercial complex in the station area of Suseong-gu, Daegu, is attracting attention from prospective buyers as it nears a complete sell-out. Daewoo E&C is currently selling 'Suseong Lake Avenue' in the Dosan-dong area of Suseong-gu, Daegu. In particular, with Suseong Lake Prugio scheduled for move-in this August, the commercial district is expected to activate even faster.

All stores on the first floor and some on the second floor are arranged in a street-type layout, offering excellent visibility and accessibility, optimized for customer shopping flow. Additionally, the open space design maximizes openness, which is expected to increase visitor dwell time and enhance customer attraction effects.

Considering local characteristics and customer needs, it will be composed of various business types ranging from lifestyle-oriented stores such as convenience stores, academies, hospitals, restaurants, and daily goods stores to themed complex types.
Meanwhile, Suseong Lake Avenue is currently operating a promotional center, and the scheduled move-in month is August 2022.
