According to the police on the 15th, the Gwangju Police Station in Gyeonggi Province has booked and is investigating Nonghyup employee A (36) on charges of embezzlement in the course of business under the Special Act on Criminal Cases.

A is suspected of transferring bank money to the account of an accomplice involved in a conspiracy to recover losses from gambling such as Sports Toto since April.

The police plan to investigate the exact circumstances of the case and file a detention warrant for A on the same day.
