This project was carried out belatedly to deliver sharing that could not be conducted due to the 8th nationwide simultaneous local elections, despite May being Family Month.
They delivered snack packages worth 30,000 won to all students of Ipam Elementary School, who are vulnerable to cultural and leisure activities in the rural area, and delivered beef bulgogi meal kits worth 30,000 won to 30 low-income elderly living alone who either have no children or are unable to receive help from their children, through the Ipam-myeon Community Security Council members and senior customized care managers.
The elderly who received the gifts that day expressed their gratitude, saying, "It feels like celebrating Parents' Day twice, and cooking the meal kit made me interested in cooking."
Kang Young-gil, the private chairman, said, "I felt a bit regretful for not being able to hold the Family Month event, but I am proud to be able to convey our feelings like this," and added, "Ipam-myeon will continue to discover various specialized projects suitable for the local situation and strive to provide high-quality welfare services."
