Two Tabs Including 'Nae Jusik' and 'Today's Discovery'
Set Up to 1,000 Favorite Stocks...Three Major Overseas Indices Added
[Asia Economy Reporter Myung-hwan Lee] Toss Securities announced on the 13th that it has completed its second MTS (Mobile Trading System) update this year.
Toss Securities explained that this update prioritized improvements to user convenience based on the analysis of approximately 9,000 customer feedback items collected over the past year.
Toss Securities organized the home screen into two tabs, 'Nae Jusik' (My Stocks) and 'Oneul-ui Balgyeon' (Today's Discovery), to separate information on stocks customers have invested in from those they are considering investing in. Other newly applied features focused on enhancing investment information, including ▲detailed investment status information ▲diversification of favorite stock settings ▲addition of major overseas indices.
In the 'Nae Jusik' tab, customers can view the investment status of their held stocks and information on favorite stocks at a glance. A function was added to compare the current price of held stocks with the customer's average purchase price, allowing users to check their investment status as of the day.
Information on favorite stocks not yet invested in can also be edited according to investor preferences. The number of favorite stocks was increased to allow up to 1,000 stocks. Favorite stocks can be grouped into up to 10 groups, enabling customers to manage them according to their interests and preferences. When a favorite stock is added in the Toss Securities MTS, important investment information such as price fluctuations and major disclosures are sent as real-time alert messages.
The 'Oneul-ui Balgyeon' tab is designed to help customers discover new investment ideas and stock information. At the top, a real-time TOP 100 chart based on Toss Securities customers' usage data is provided. In addition to rankings of popularity, trading volume, and favorite stocks among Toss Securities investors, users can also check stocks with significant price changes compared to the previous day through 'Rapid Rise' and 'Rapid Fall' charts. Content from investment experts, such as portfolios of famous global investors and market analysis by analysts, is also provided.
Major indices of the U.S. stock market were added for overseas stock investors. Through this update, Toss Securities added three major U.S. stock market indices: Nasdaq, Standard & Poor's (S&P) 500, and Dow Jones Industrial Average 30. These major indices are placed at the top of the home screen to improve accessibility, and daily charts showing each index's movements are provided.
A Toss Securities official said, "About 9,000 customer feedback items were collected through the customer center and community over the past year, and we focused on improving the home screen, which had many customer requests." He added, "We will continue to actively reflect customers' voices to provide services that satisfy both novice and existing investors."
