[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] Changwon City, Gyeongnam, is recruiting college student part-time workers for the summer vacation of 2022.
The city offers part-time job positions to 127 local college students to provide them with opportunities to participate in Changwon city administration, gain various social experiences, and set their career paths.
As of the announcement date on the 13th, applicants must be university students, on leave, or those who have deferred graduation with their resident registration in Changwon City. Graduate students or those who have participated in the college student part-time job program even once are not eligible.
Selected students will assist with administrative and field tasks at Changwon City Hall, affiliated institutions, business offices, district offices, and eup/myeon/dong administrative welfare centers from July 25 to August 19.
Working hours are five days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The hourly wage is 9,160 KRW, amounting to 73,280 KRW per day, and a full attendance payment including employment insurance totals 1,758,720 KRW.
The application period is from the 20th to the 23rd, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and applications can be submitted online through the Changwon City website.
To ensure fairness in selection, the city plans to conduct a public computerized lottery for applicants on the 28th at 10:30 a.m. in the presence of officials from the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Changwon City Audit Office.
